2) Will it harm my landscaping?- No. We Rinse landscaping prior to
    cleaning the roof which puts a protective coat of water on the landscaping.
    After the roof is sprayed, we rinse the landscaping again. Although there is
    not a lot of over spray, we do this as a precautionary measure to protect
    the landscaping. We also bag the downspouts to catch everything that
    comes off of the roof and take the bags with us. This keeps what comes
    off of the roof from soaking into the ground.

  3) Do you walk on the roof?- We do not walk on ninety percent of the
    roofs we clean. We work with ladders. Our process is the least invasive
    process. Some situations require us to walk on the roof but it is kept to
    a minimum.

  4) How long does it take?- The results are immediate. The whole cleaning
    process depends on the size of the house or structure. The average house
    takes about three to four hours.

  5) Do you pressure wash the roof?- Absolutely not. You should never
    pressure wash a roof. A shingle is covered in tiny stones which give your
    roof it's color. Using high pressure cleaning methods will dislodge these
    stones destroying the roof and it's appearance. Some over the counter 
    products that claim they will clean a roof require using water pressure. Our
    process is the least invasive utilizing a misting method.

  6) Is it guaranteed to get my roof clean?- Yes. Algae is really the only
    thing that will stain your roof. Sometimes contractors use cheap metal
    flashings for fireplaces or vents which will cause permanent streaks on roofs 
    from water run-off. Other cases might be spilled paint or other repair materials.
    These cases are not the norm. We also offer a three year guarantee for the
    stains not to return. If they do, we will come back and clean your roof 
    again at no charge.

    walkways?- Yes.

13) How far will you travel?- We cover Davidson County and surrounding
      Counties. If we need to travel farther than that we will adjust the estimate
      to compensate and look at these on a case by case basis.

14) When is the best time of year to have my roof cleaned?- There are 
      some misconceptions about specific times of the year. As long as the 
      outside temperature is above fifty degrees, the cleaning process is not
      effected different than any other time of year.

15) What will happen if I let the Algae stay on my roof?- Roof Mold and
      Algae will cause decay by holding moisture. Your shingles will start to curl up
      causing the underlying liner to be exposed. The liner will then start to deteriorate.
      Since the liner acts as a protective barrier between the wood portion of a
      roof and the elements, you will experience leaking and structural damage
      that can double the cost of repair.
